If you would like advice on including more complex provisions to your straightforward will, we can provide you with bespoke advice on the basis of fixed fee uplifts applied to the straightforward fee. Potential uplifts will be fully set out for you at the outset so our pricing remains transparent throughout your matter.
More complex matters might include, for example, including one or more express trusts in your will, or receiving advice on inheritance tax, overseas property, excluding potential beneficiaries from your will, or making provision for vulnerable beneficiaries.
Hourly rate advice
Our senior STEP-qualified or affiliated lawyers offer bespoke advice on an hourly rate basis on wider matters such as lifetime estate planning or inheritance tax calculations and mitigation.

If a will is required urgently we offer a 48 working hour service with a minimum charge of £600 plus VAT
